Intermittent bottom spray arm ,its not that its alternating, more that on some washes nothing is clean on the bottom tray ,had new spray arm and mesh filter,seemed okay for a week but cust says the fault is back again.

I think you may have the model number slightly wrong there Lawrence. It is probably an SGS5002GB/02? In which case it doesn’t have a diverter valve and sprays water to both spray arms evenly. It’s old so most likely is that either the circ pump impeller is partially blocked or that it has split.

Ask them to take a close up photo of the lower basket before emptying it next time it happens and send it to you so you can look at how it’s loaded. If during your testing the arm is spinning as should and the pressure is normal, it could be incorrect loading (i.e a saucepan handle or something going through the lower basket and interrupting lower spray arm movement.
