Hi Washing machine was on rinse and spin mode which is 16 mins. It counted down to 12 mins but didn’t go any further. after trying to cancel prog it took a while to stop. then we turned off machine and drained it from the drain pipe. when empty we removed the items from drum. on turning the machine back on it went to the same prog of rinse and spin showing again 16 mins. but with the start symbol flashing.
it now wont change to any other program and even when power is switched off for some time just goes back to rinse and spin mode with flashing start symbol. how do we cancel this and get the machine to change program? We have tried holding the start/cancel button as per instructions but this makes no difference.
