I’ve only ever used one, so I can’t really benchmark against anything else, but I found it absolutely awful, and I would strongly recommend avoiding it. It was called Servicemate Solutions.

Yeah, we’re about to rebuild that site, it’s been needing doing.
In the meantime if you email Sudeep on stalati@ukwhitegoods.co.uk he can sort it out for you.
Nothing to lose from trying it as it’s free and works on any PC operating system.

For service management software, you would do well to consider using Mercury Systems from Hatchgate Software. I have been using this software for many years, and it has been working extremely well for my business. We also use the integrated stock control system, and the mobile app for our engineers. New features are added constantly to the software. Paul the owner of Hatchgate will be attending the WTA conference on 26th Feb so you could always see the software then and ask any questions you have. From what I understand there will be quite a few other Hatchgate customers at the conference.
