As anyone else had Homespares contact them of late touting for business, how did you get on with their representative?

I got a call out of the blue from them last month asking why I don’t use them anymore. I told him because they hardly list anything or stock anything and they’re prices weren’t really that competitive when they did have them.
He said he would send me over some details of discounts by email and haven’t heard from him since. Not a great loss!!!Re: Homespares
I had this same chap phone me three times, each time he had forgotten we’d already spoken.
He apologised at first about Homespares closing my account through inactivity and that it should never of happened then when we spoke on the 3rd occasion he said if I didn’t start using the account again he would close it down again.
I said that’s no way to gain new custom, he then put the phone down on me.
