    Hi there, hopefully someone can help me!

    I have a 4 year old Ariston Margherita A1124 Advantage washing machine. When I switch it on the wash type selector button startes clicking its way round after about 10 seconds and nothing happens. It was fine earlier today but when i went to put the second load on nothing happens!

    I have checked through this site and believe that it may be some kind of electric board problem – I wasn’t aware of the flashing light error system but having checked the machine the light flashes once approximately every 5 seconds……

    Can anyone expand on the problem that I may have?

    1 flash is related to the motor speed control, either the tacho generator or possibly the control module itself. Also worth checking all connection between the two.

    Pull the plug 1st please if you’re going to have a go :zap:
