Hi guys , im new here 🙂
Im a recently qualified service technician but alot to learn.
I have a call out on Monday to a customer who says his washing machine stops mid cycle …then when he starts the cycle again it will continue, confusing .
If it just stopped mid cycle then I would suspect draining filling problem or heating element/ thermistor .
The fact it completes a cycle when started second time is confusing me…..any ideas much appreciatted guys

    Thanks

    Sean

If you are in the trade then please follow THIS link and apply for trade access. You will then soon learn that the first question to any post like yours is ‘what is the make and model number’ 😉

That is always my very first question to any customer, even before taking name and address, see you on the dark side. 🙂

Don’t listen to a word the customers says, they make it up as they go along.
(Unless of course they are answering the questions you are putting to them, that’s where the answers lie)
