    Hi,

This is a washing machine and tumble dryer. It works for a while and then it stops suddenly. For example, it always stops after 5 seconds of running the “Pump out” program (C). Although during those 5 seconds I can see that there’s water coming out of the drain hose as normal and then it stops with flashing lights.

The bottom lights are all flashing. The program lights on the side are:
    Lock: Red solid
    End: Green solid
    Drying: Amber solid
    Spin: Amber solid
    Rinse: Off
    Wash: Off

I don’t know what they mean and I couldn’t find it in the Help & Advice of this forum neither.

The PCB board visually looks clean and fine, no capacitor bulging on the top.
The drain hose and the pump are clear of debris, the pump spins freely.

    Thanks,
    Daniel

    The error codes are HERE

Not easy to follow from that page I’ll grant you, your lights are 1+2+3+4 reading those codes from right to left.

You have error code F15, possible heater relay fault.

I couldn’t find any problem (visually) of the drying unit. It’s like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Hotpoint-Heat … SwJkJWh-sy

Is this the part that I should change?

No, the heater relay is on the main pcb. Wouldn’t do any harm to check the dryer element but you should get different error codes if element, fan or ntc are faulty.
