Its a Bosch Maxx IT WFR2860 with the lcd display, when you turn the dial to a program it usually says “ready” and lets you choose options, its now taking ages to say ready, is flashing up all sorts of things but too quick to read and when it finally says “ready” which can take several minutes it wont let you change any options and doesn’t tell you the stages of the wash as its washing…… I suppose its the computer gone wonky, Bosch want £150 for the part….. doeas anyone know if these can be reset or repaired or have any other ideas…. Thanks Pete

Try QER http://www.qer.biz or EMW electronics http://www.emwelec.co.uk they both repair PCB’s.

Be carefull, as I’ve seen this kind of fault due to a faulty analogue pressure sensor! 😯

    Thanks

How do I check an analogue pressure sensor…. I’ve found out where it is and what it looks like from the Bosch web site but how do I know if its broken.

You don’t, it’s best to replace it anyway as the main live feed to the Module comes via that very switch 😉

Re WFR 2860. I have the same washine machine with the same problem when you turn on it comes up with varies languages not quite sure what it says eventually after 10 minuet or so you can get it working but unable to choose any options. Can any one point me in the right direction in terms of what to look for and replace part numbers etc etc
