Hello there. I was hoping to get some advice on how to deal with my Beko washing machine, WM5100W model.
When I switch it on, the Start, Wash and Spin lights are all solidly lit green – which they shouldn’t be! – and the machine makes a little churning noise every so often, but the drum doesn’t turn and no water flows into it. The door does lock, and then unlocks again 20 seconds or so after I switch it all off again.
I’ve tried holding down the Start button to cancel the programme, as the manual suggests, but that doesn’t change anything. I’ve also tried switching the machine on and off many times, unplugging the whole thing from the mains, cleaning the pump filter (which is now sparkling), and even putting it into test mode following instructions on a YouTube video, but none of this works. The Start, Wash and Spin lights are still lit when I switch it on, and the bloody thing keeps making that little churning noise…
Any ideas?
