    Hoover dishwasher model HFI3015 completes cycle but doesn’t heat up.

    Have you tested the heater, that’d be the “go to” for that.

    I would suggest looking at the safety switch which is next to the heater on the underneath of the dishwasher, its operates the heater when the water pressure is correct.(assuming the motor is running ok) Other than the relay on the module. The heaters are very reliable on this style of dishwasher.
