ParticipantThe latest. Aztech Services Fleet Hants. Well established service agent.
The agent for Bournemouth/Southampton went just before Christmas. Both patches are now being covered by JTM.
What on earth is happening? I’m glad I’m out of it. Service Force was the dog’s doodies once upon a time.

NL Services (citing ill health , but also really despondent with Lux , Beko and D&G ) has sold to Pacifica , prior to that Megan , Not going to be many left ….. But I think that’s what Lux want anyway , less agents to handle !

And a bigger problem when it all goes pear shaped.

Phew it’s getting worse for Service Force agents. Haven’t been here for a while but someone earlier today suggested worth a look.
Some of the casualties I hear are the larger ones and long-standing.

I can only go by what I’ve picked up second hand. They have been sending managers round in suits and getting NDAs signed. Some centres are to remain as hubs and smaller centres will report to them. Some big long-standing centres have 6 Months notice and of course some will become the “chosen hub”.
Areas where agents have been given the chop include the South Coast, Midlands, and a chunk of Yorkshire.
I’m so pleased I was able to sell mine as a going concern; otherwise I would have had the rug pulled out after what seemed a lifetime, then left with staff looking for work – which would be MY problem.

They still havn’t finished the visits, going to be interesting 12 months ! ! !
Its only 4 techs workload for me now.
I have already made the decision that when they knock on my door , I am not helping them out.
The Eletrolux brand will just be trashed. Then again it might be a good thing , tubs, built in, microwaves, poor quality gas appliances and a low FTF . So may be good riddance.

The worst of it is, nobody seems to care really.
