    Hi

    I’ve just fitted a new heating element to a Neff, main oven. The new element now glows red hot which never happened before. The fan is working and the element stops glowing when the oven reaches the preset temperature.

    Neff have advised that the part number is correct but it should not glow.

    Any helpful suggestions great fully received.

    Hi, it’s a Neff double oven model no. U1421N2GB/02.
