this is a multi function electronic control oven. fan element is definitely blown but when I ran it to test the fan the grill element comes on this is when only fan heating is selected. convection fan assisted works ok (grill and bottom heat). customer suggests that this might be normal I dont think so and more inclined to think the element blowing has damaged the board.
anyone familiar with these?thanks wilf
