Wfx2867gb/06. Our Bosch Exxcel 1400 has suddenly stopped mid cycle, and now has no power to the display unit, and looks completely dead. It still has 240 volts going to the machine. I have taken a picture showing the connection behind the display unit, which appears to have a plug in connection with no plug in it, so to me it looks like a plug has fallen out, but I cannot find any plug to reconnect it. I am probably talking nonsense, but can anyone please help ? Many thanks Steve

It’s the factory test point you’re looking at. Display dead, then more probably the display unit at fault. (Especially so if you’re in the habit of leaving the display on for hours)

Thanks for that info. Do you know how easy it is to mend the display unit, if at all possible? Or is it best to buy a new machine? Thanks

I would replace the display unit personally speaking. I can’t imagine their fixable. Replacing the whole machine because of it seems a little extreme.
