Why do appliances on ground floor flats NEVER fail!
Today I had a call to replace a compressor on a fridge at a brand new block of flats.
Before I even found the place I just knew it would be upstairs.
I duly arrive and I’m greeted by a gorilla in a hard hat, who says “top floor mate”
👿 So, three floors up and no lift.
Three trips required each way , laptop, tools, lockrings, gauges, vac pump, compressor, nitrogen and if it was up to me, oxygen and a face mask
    :haier:

Yes, R600a takes up 95{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the system jobs these days.
I couldn’t tell you the capacity of the nitro bottle off the top of my head, but it’s about 5 inch’s in diameter, a yard long and heavy! 👿
We only use small (58g) R600a bottles, so we need a bit more pressure to shift/leak test. Up to 10 Bar. 8)
