Have encountered a problem with a neff induction hob T44M80N0/01 when turned on display flashes straight bars or zeros no fault code appears and hob will not work.
has anyone else had a similar experience with one of these? is there a reset sequence or other method to rectify the fault.
Cheers

Checked for that no child lock on heat value 1-9 can be programmed into each hob but display constantly flashes and no hob will activate it’s as if the led control power supply is failing “cycling” as soon as it switches on.
So you set a temp setting on a zone eg 9 on rear left and the 9 flashes. What happens if you put a saucepan on it ? Does the hob go dead , the 9 stop flashing or just not register the pan?
Hi
pan is not registered display remains exactly the same flashing zeros then changing into dashes until it fades away.
I have replaced a couple of capacitors on the coil driver boards that were starting to bulge but that made no difference it would appear that the display board has been corrupted god knows how much that is to replace!! I don’t seem to be able to find one anywhere to price it.
