Hi, I need help. Bosch washer doesn’t empty. I’ve replaced the pump and checked every bit of hose etc (Many times) for a blockage. On my first go I did find a 4″ nail in the pump and thought that was my problem ,but after removal it is still the same. Please help

There’s the pump and a couple of hoses, pretty much that’s all.
A model would help though.

The next thing I would investigate is the actual pipework on the outlet, to the waste.
Have you checked that, and also disconnect the outlet hose, does it drain into a bucket Ok, then it should tell you where the blockage is at.

The model is a Bosch Classixx 6 1200 express WAE24164GB. I’ve checked and checked and checked again all the pipe work from the drum to the u bend in under the sink. Everything is unblocked. I’m so sure of that. I’m not sure if it could now be an electrical problem???I’m so frustrated with it now all I want to to is get a big hammer to it.

In the pipe that comes out of the drum is a tenis size (almost) ball. This is meant to be there Right?

how do I know if its sticking? I get three beeps when it doesnt empty. this fault code turns out to be the door lock. could this cause the problem?

If it’s sticking it’ll be gunked up and resistant to moving.
Door lock sounds unrelated.
But, I am not a Bosch expert by any means.
