Can anyone tell me if a universal thermastat is useable on this oven as the original stat is obsolete,p/n:082139300.It is available through partmaster, but would only use as a last resort!

That part comes up as a special order at Connect. However if there’s a universal one with the same max temperature as the old one, and the same angular rotation that will physically fit, I would have thought it was worth trying.
