Hi brought a washing machine on saterday from argos and collected it
But clothes don’t come out very dry and for example i put 1 item back in to respin and didnt come out any dryer
I find this not fit for purpose i had a candy washing machine before and the clothes were dryer
I shouldnt have to purchase a dryer for clothes i know they dont come out dry dry but the jeans came out just as wet as ever this never happened before

I wish to take item back to argos and get a different machine as either this 1 is faulty or poor quality but i dont no if this is possible with a washing machine

Best advice, speak to Argos, see what they say, go from there.

Putting 1 item in will be an ‘out of balance’ load on any machine. Hence the not spinning.
Are you sure you are choosing the right program for the correct spin?
What is the max spin of your machine compared to your old one. Don’t forget quick washes often door a lower spin than a cottons even if a spin dial is set to max.
