Just spoken to this customer on the phone, machine showing E15 and not doing anything.
Error codes thread shows it as pcb ‘not programmed’.
Anyone else encountered this, is a new pcb the only cure or can this be reset/reprogrammed by GIAS engineers?
PS. Not got model number yet, customer was at the doctors when on phone. 🙂

Soooo,
Got another one on the phone with E15, is there a quick fix or is it new pcb time?

My advice on this is do an insulation check if over 5meg change module unless you have access to a men loader

if its a tumble drier all the lights on front all flash 15 times then pause very slightly on that type of appliance without display showing E15 is heater problem, 1st time I saw this not knowing error code as customer reported all lights flashing, ever tried counting 15 flashes with a minute pause unless you know, it appears to be flashing continuous.
