    Hi, im a lurker here usually but I just HAD to share this photo with you all. This lady is so very lucky!! The top of this White Knight element had all collapsed and only the bottom part was heating up. I asked her how often she cleaned her filters, to my suprise she replied once every eight weeks.

    I’m guessing this is the dust cleared from the filter and condenser, piled up on the heater for dramatic effect. I’m struggling to work out how it could have built up there naturally, whether the airflow was restricted or not.
