    I have a Baumatic ISL5SS cooker hood.

    It has a round Hoover motor
    MOTOR

    with a filter at each end. For the life of me, I can’t get the filters off. They should simply twist off but seem stuck fast. Is there a clever technique I can try, please, that won’t damage the appliance?

    Yes.. you just twist them 90 degrees..

    Thanks, Brian. I’ve tried to twist them but they won’t budge.
