Smeg Dual Fuel Cooker SUK62MFX5

I’m looking for a wiring diagram for the above cooker
If you select the grill in the top oven the outer oven element comes on without the grill element working at all until you select the full setting but then unable to control temperature, somehow the wiring for the grill is reversed. If you select the top oven this will work ok.
Customer had Smeg service out and was told the cooker was working correctly
