    Hi.

    My first time here, so appreciate your help in advance.

    I live in a flat, and have a fagor oven/cooker. Last time I put in a pizza in the oven and after around 10 mins, I heard a thud/bang and it all switched off. After that time, whenever I switch the main switch on, nothing happens meaning nothing switches on, neither does the hobs. When I checked the hobs, the little white things which I am assuming are sparks, have all gone black (not sure if that will iterate what’s wrong but just an observation.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Oh wow that sounds pretty darn serious. What is the model number of this appliance (there’s hundreds of Fagors out there!)….?
