Freezer problem

    After moving house I switched on my Hotpoint freezer FZM171P and the power light keeps flashing also the Fast Freeze and the red warning light, the all flash together. I tried resetting by turning off and setting it to reset but know joy. Previously the thermostat was on a low setting to get -18C but on maximum setting it struggles to get to -14C and the three lights are still flashing. Can anyone help please?

    It sounds like a fault or error code of some sort but I don’t have any access to tech info on that model to be able to help. 🙁

    Someone may have though.
