Customer complained of no spin. Pressed reset and now stuck on that. Funny askol motor but am getting no continuity at all on it ?No earth faults so assuming motor ?

This motor has a pcb in it and you get no continuity through any connections. The symptoms you are describing are common and caused by the motor.
