    This oven as a fold under door, customer tells me it came off the runners, there can’t fit it back, she wants me the repair it if possible, I have never worked on this type before.
    So would like some advise, i.e. is it straightforward or would you need some knowledge to take it apart & repair. thanks John

    To remove and refit the door is explained in lengthy detail in the user instruction booklet (pages 26 – 27 available to download from the Bosch site) Reading that might help you immensely. 😉
