I bought a new LG washing machine 4weeks ago. The model number is
    F12u1tcn4.
I have a few issues with it and hope someone has some advice for me!
The laundry is always literally STONE COLD at the end of every wash, and also, it is absolutely saturated like it’s not spinning properly, or not draining.
Every washing machine Iv ever had the laundry always comes out warm.
Does anyone know why it’s always freezing? And saturated too?
Each item, like say, a towel, comes out weighing 3times heavier than when Iv taken a towel out from every other machine Iv ever had.
Also, the length of the programs, the programs are taking 2&a half -3&a half, and even up to as long as 4&a half hours. Surely that isn’t right?
The main things that are really annoying me though are the washing being stone cold and drenched.
    Can anyone help me please?

Yes, it is normal to be cold at the end. In fact, it’s abnormal for laundry to be warm as the rinse cycles are all cold water only hence, always cold.

Modern machines and, especially large capacity ones, are very sensitive to over and under loading, LG is often cited as a good example of this. If you are washing single items, it will not spin. If you wash an imbalanced load, it won’t spin. If you have too much in it, it won’t spin.

    I suspect that’s what you’re seeing there.
