Hello,
I have a Candy CNE 128 T that I bought about eleven years ago. It hasn’t been used extensively, maybe once a week.
Now, the program selector / timer doesn’t work any more. Sometimes, when I start a wash, it doesn’t move at all and, sometimes, it just clicks past the end of the program and keeps on going.
I don’t know if the model still exists, if the spare part exists, if it is possible to easily replace if the part does exist. It seems a bit of a waste to get rid of a machine that otherwise seems to work fine.
In case my explanation of what piece I’m talking about didn’t make sense… this is what I mean… and now an image is here (I hope) attached
Any help would be appreciated.

The parts breakdown isn’t available on line but the part numbers are below as long as the production number is 31000151 (first 8 digits where your serial number is ) There is 2 models listed similar to the one you have given :
91201337 Motorized selector 30 settings
It’s showing as still available
