    Hi all,
    Been to one of these today that needed a new pcb as it was cutting out after a few mins of any cycle. Fitted new pcb and all seemed ok but the customer has just text to say its not fully drying the washing.
    She uses it on the sensor settings and it finished its cycle but they weren’t dry. I asked her to put it on again and it went for a while and stopped again and they still weren’t dry.
    This machine has also had a new heater fitted by the husband as they originally thought it wasn’t heating. She seems to think that its only working on half heat as the kitchen also doesn’t seem to warm up as much as it did before.
    Just wondered if anyone had come across this fault before.

    not much left to change but

    had a machine doing the same thing but by the time I came to a theory customer gave up

    I think it will be the door NTC part number should be 2971900100 but there are 4 model to choose from this is off DCU7230w but there is W. B and 2 models ending S. should be same part but check

    Thanks Dave. We have come this far so its got to be worth a try.
