Having suffered the misfortune of a small rodent chewing through the drain hose on our neff dishwasher, I’m trying to remove the damaged hose but can’t work out how to get the old one off. I’ve traced the hose into the machine, and to the connection at the bottom of the anti-syphon unit (having taken off the side panel). However the hose is secured by a white plastic housing (shown on attached photo) preventing it from being pulled off. The only way I can see of getting the hose off is to take the anti-syphon unit off first, which seems rather drastic – am I missing something?
Re: neff s51 drain hose replacement – help please!
Air break (anti syphon) has to come off – unscrew vent inside and lower nozzle and pull away far enough to pull hose out. Fit new hose (only a genuine item will fit properly) and be sure to remove all traces of water from the base tray or the machine will not work.
