    I assume the reason that the display on my kitchen scales goes crazy when placed next to the running microwave is due to a certain amount of leakage, but this is still significantly noticeable at 2 meters though it drops off at about 4 meters.

    Should I be concerned?

    Or could be radio interference if the MW is getting on a bit.

    It’s a ~10yr old DeLonghi with no noticeable damage.
