Beko dishwasher customer complaining of the machine is finishing with water in the base.

swapped the pump and checked for blockages on first visit

second visit i noticed the machine powered off after approx 5 mins, i checked all connections to the module and also the wiring loom on the bottom of door and seem ok… on off push switch tested and seems ok.

i cant pull the machine out due to floor tiles so i cant check the mains input at the back and supply.

any ideas? any common faults on these?

think you need to check supply. on some programmes about 5 minutes is when the heater kick in and any bad socket will give up at that point
