Panasonic NH-P80S1 Tumble Dryer

I’ve not come across this one before. From my search, it looks as if it may be similar to the NH-P80G2. It doesn’t appear to be heating, though the customer says it is when she uses it. I tried it on timed drying and there was no heat at all. The customer complaint was that it takes too long to dry. On the basis of a conventional dryer, I am thinking that perhaps one of the heaters has gone down? It is just over two years old, and she has had loads of problems with it, resulting in half of its two years being away for under warranty repairs. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. It looks like a awkward strip down as well. Cheers. Steve.
