Hi all,
Serial number: NA09117288F60068
The fridge freezes anything too close to the back wall, but also collects water in the bottom.
Meanwhile the freezer is not low enough in temperature.
We’ve tried adjusting the temperature gauge and it seems that it just lowers the fridge temperature whilst the freezer creates ice but some of the food is not frozen solid.
Can anyone suggest whether this sounds reparable please?
