    Hello

    We have a Siemens IQ500 Dishwasher that we inherited from previous houseowner, which runs great

    Unfortunately his children had a fondness for magnetic letters which found their way down the front of the door and are lodged at the bottom behind it. When we open the door there is a clunk as the door catches them. I have tried to hold the door almost wide open and remove them with long needle nose pliers but to no avail.

    Please could someone advise if they have any other ideas or how hard it would be to remove the door so that I can remove them? It would be a shame if the dishwasher was damaged as it works really well!

    dont know the correct model but it looks like a standard bosch setup

    if so open door remove top left and top right screw ( if its right the screw will be about 35mm long
    if fitted you will find 2 identical screws half way down the door each side

    after that if fitted the door is vecroed so gently pull it away at the top and it hooks into the lower door

    cant see how things are caught though there is very little room for thing to get down

    if you have the original instructions it will show how to fit the door and its the reverse to take it off

    Indeed very little room! Having hard time getting the little magnet toys out again 🙂
