Had a customer with this Miele washer which he recently got 2nd hand from a friend. Complaint machine was not taking fabric softener at end of cycle. It turned out that the filter in the supply line was severely blocked and also had he opened the supply valve barely. Result not enough water pressure. Had to sit there almost 45 minutes after I was almost sure I solved the problem to double check. Can anybody give me the different steps to put this machine in test mode so I can get to the final rinse in no time.
