    Hi Guys, customer has called to say fridge is icing up through the vents. Freezer is working ok. Anyone know what is causing this to happen and how to cure it. I’m not really keen on these American style appliances but would like to fix it.

    Check the fan is working that is the most common fault is the fan has failed.

    The fan only runs with the door closed so press the light switch to test if the fan works.

    It does have a short delay for the fan to cut in after holding the switch down.
