Hi,
I know its a bit vague, but i’ve got a Hotpoint washing machine on tomorrow with a fault code of F40. At the moment I don’t know the model, I didn’t take the call but from memory I haven’t had this code yet. It looks as though its a water level fault but if anybody can shed any light on it before I turn up and take a look, it would be appreciated.
