    Bosch Exxcel SGS46E02GB/01

Hi all, looking for a wiring diagram for the Circulation Pump as when I was replacing the heater housing I had the base unit balancing on the top and I dropped it over the side which pulled all the wires out.

5 Wires in total came out,
A twin wire 1 white and 1 red which seems to go to the Circulation Capacitor

A twin wire 1 Violet and 1 off White which has a smaller spade connector only seems to be only be able to connect to Pin 1

    The three remaining wires are
Orange (with a cover over it)
    Brown and White
Twin Green and Yellow (i would guess it would connect to the body if the Pump where I have circled in the above Photo

If anyone can confirm what wire goes where would be great, Regards Dietmar

    Hi

Sadly we are unable to advise on wiring issues rule 8 applies. Probably not what you want to hear but it’s there.

Thank you for the response, i was unaware that was a rule.

Can you suggest where i can get the info from, do you think that if i phone Bosch they might be able to confirm?

I watched several Youtube videos on replacement of the pump on the hope that i might be able to workout the correct order but most were american and different colours.

Just dont know where/how to resolve this but would be greatful for any direction, Regards Dietmar

    Hi

You just have to hope someone who has done that repair remembers what went where and posts it up. Sorry but that’s about as good as it gets I’m afraid. We do not get any service info from the manufacturers.

The only guaranteed way of getting it right is to call Bosch out 0844 892 8979 and pay the £100 odd pound.

    HTH 🙂
