Hi All,
I’m hoping someone can help with this! We moved house yesterday but we inherited a fridge freezer from friends who disconnected the whole lot! It has a weird box with spade connectors and we don’t know what goes where! Our friends can’t remember how it goes
Someone help as we have no fridge!

In this instance you need a refrigeration engineer with the correct tools and experience to do it for you. Our find an engineer function may be helpful.

Well, we can a bit as it’s pretty easy with this nugget…
You have a live, a neutral and an earth on the cable.
If you look at the connection block those are marked L, N and an earth symbol.
No more complex than wiring a plug. Probably easier.
If it goes bang at that, your friends really didn’t like you. 😉

I think we can manage wiring the plug in but where do the wires from the fridge go? The remaining connectors Aren’t labelled on the black box?
