if its getting too hot there is not much it can be

there a 2 thermistors. 1 is part of the element the other is at the front by the filter

other than that is airflow or board

    will pm some info

I have one of these not heating. I called yesterday and found condenser clogged up, cleaned it up and tried it. Seemed to be heating fine but customer called today to say it wasn’t heating.
Thermistor on heater reads 4.4kohm? Any idea if that is correct reading? No power coming to heater plug, could this be the board or one of the thermistors?

Have checked heater trip. It is ok, that’s why I asked about thermistor resistance.
