customer said it was smoking on spin but when I tried it was ok. Motor didn’t feel warm after 5 minute full spin. Drum may be slightly out of centre but felt ok. It is 3 years and she said not large loads

Drum spigot snapped, hence the reason it’s out of alignment. The smoke coming from the burnt rubber in the door boot lip.
Expensive drum, could be a scrapper.
