The main control part of the above is not lighting up and I believe the board has been damaged due to problems that we have with our electricity being prone to tripping! Until now it has come back on after a few hours but this time just a small flashing green light.
Can anybody help with diagnosis and do you know any engineers near Exeter that could replace the spare part?

No idea what that’s al about but you may be right, power spike taken out the board or, boards.
Best bet in Exeter to start with is probably CES, here:
