    Hi i have the above machine it has stopped heating the water although the full program runs to the end there is never any heat .
    I have replaced the NTC with no change also metered out the inline water heater which came up with 29.2 ohms which indicates to me the element is ok .i metered the heater feed cables and it came back as a resistance (which i cant remember the value) which indicated to me it was reaching the control board ,i suspected the board at this stage so shipped it off to EMW for repair and they replaced some relays .
    I have installed the board tried the unit out and it still runs cold ,i swapped out the inline heater with a known good one and still no joy .any ideas guys as i have run out of mine !. 😕

    did you ask EMW if they had a full test for the board or did they just change the relays hoping that was it ?

    Hi Dave yes Tony said he was going to do full test .I am going to re test the sensor wiring and load wiring today to see if i have over looked anything ,ill keep you informed .

    Can you “hear” the relay click on when the heater is supposed to come on? If you can hear that then it should be working unless there is a break in the main to the heater or a break on the board itself.
