LG noisy suspect slipping rotor cam

LG 1480rd Washing Machine noisy
It won’t make a noise when I try it, but have seen the video
It cannot be wash pump because it’s only when drum turns
Bearings seem OK, suspect pastic cam is slipping on rotor assembly, but it looked OK when I checked, I have changed one a few years ago but cannot remember if it showed signs of wear.
Question is do they look unwarned but still slip.
This customer has put machine in walkin cupboard then bricked up to a narrow entrance, so won’t be easy for him to replace.
