Hello all, I hope you can help me.
I have Hoover WDYNS 654D-80 Washer Dryer.
After any washer/dryer cycle has finished successfully, as usual you have to wait couple of minutes for the door interlock to disenguage, which it does. The issue comes if you do not open the washer/dryer door within a minute or two of the interlock disengaging, as it then locks the door shut again. The Error code E07 is also displayed after the interlock has re-enguaged. This then means switching off the washer dryer, then putting a drain cycle on in the hope you catch it when the door is unlocked for those couple of minutes.
I have tried replacing the door interlock with a new one, but the problem persists. I am wondering if the little adjustment screw for the bi-metal strip on the door interlock switch itself may need adjusting?

Dont mess about with the interlock
They only cost about £10 just swap it. It may not be the interlock though it could be wiring or the pcb
Remember to unplug the machine from the mains before removing any parts.

Hi
You will need to change the door also..Don’t ask me why but we regularly have the same issue,changing the door interlock doesn’t work. Fitting a new door and interlock cures the problem.
