    DeDietrich double oven. Model DME329XU1. Service:- DME329XU16. Nr:- 0744 01298.

    The main oven will switch on as normal on all selections but will beep and cut out within 30 seconds. Set the temperature to higher and still does the same. The top oven cuts out as well; although on test the grill got to red heat and held OK (customer said it cut out as well; but works intermittently). All the elements and fans seem to function and get warm (inside the 30 seconds) so I am assuming electronics. The display also glows slightly red behind the numerals; this alternates from left to right of the display.
    It seems that all the parts are still available so any help on tech for this would be very much appreciated.

    Have you checked for faulty thermal cutout?
