    After running in-built diagnostic test, the machine has the ECO and QUICK leds flashing. What problems does this indicate ?

    Hi

    That model is not recognised by Bosch. There are 18 different models starting SRS, the full ENR and FD numbers we require to help you are either etched into the top of the inner part of the door just left of centre or on a white label down the left hand side of the inner door.

    I misread the engraved details. It is SRS4302GB/02 or SPS4302/GB/02 (the engraving is quite faint)

    Hi

    From the info given I think the FD number which is on the same rating plate to be 7909 if this is the case it’s part of the recall where there was a problem with one of the boards.

    Simply enter the ENR and FD number into the check boxes on the Bosch site here and book an appointment which will be free of charge. This may just cure the fault you are relating to.

    MY FD number was 8001, but that is in the range for recall. Bosch are sending an engineer next Friday. Many thanks for your help.
