    l have been told to get in touch with you regarding my washing machine ,, l am on benefits and my washing machine has broke? l have tried the DWP, for a budgeting loan and they have refused? can you please help me,, thank you!!

    Sadly you have the wrong website. We can advise you on what to buy but we don’t provide funding. You need to go back to DWP.

    Some local council run charities can fund in certain exceptional circumstances. To find out if you can be included then you will need to visit your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
